Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All private guide bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified during our WhatsApp or email conversation. A confirmation message with your finalized custom itinerary will be sent upon receiving payment.

• ▸A 30% deposit is required to secure your date with the guide.
• ▸The remaining 70% balance is due 14 days before the tour start date.
• ▸For bookings made within 14 days of the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

• ▸Bank Transfer (SWIFT/IBAN)
• ▸PayPal
• ▸Credit Card (via secure online payment link)

Note: Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your custom tour, please notify us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. Our refund policy is based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice:

4. Cancellation by Sunlight Morocco Travel

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or guide illness without a replacement). If we cancel your tour, you will receive a 100% full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred (such as flights or non-refundable hotel bookings).

5. Changes to the Itinerary

As a private tour, we offer flexibility on the day. However, significant changes requested by you (e.g., extending a half-day to a full-day, or adding transportation outside Tangier) may incur additional charges, subject to availability.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Sunlight Morocco Travel and its guides are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour.
